I went to Sal when I was 6 days overdue with my first baby to see if it could get things going naturally. After a relaxing and informative acupuncture session I had my first signs of early labour the following morning. I wish I had gone to Sal earlier as it definitely helped kick start things.
A few days later my little girl was born in the water after a 2hr 45 minute active labour & her techniques for pain relief were also really useful. I am now going to Sal for postpartum reflexology and I am feeling really good. I would highly recommend. 🙂
